Nordic Marine Expo invites boating industry professionals to Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre on 18 February 2027. Over the weekend, from 19–21 February 2027, the event will also be open to the general public.
Nordic Marine Expo responds to the needs of the boating industry by providing a dedicated B2B trade fair in Northern Europe. It offers an opportunity to showcase large commercial vessels and specialist equipment, alongside an engaging programme designed specifically for industry professionals.
The event will showcase vessels, along with the latest innovations in navigation, engine, lifesaving and safety technology for the boating industry.

Terms of participation
The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of The Finnish Fair Corporation.
- The invoice for participation is due 8 December 2026.
- Expostart (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) €670 is charged from all exhibitors.
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee €440 is charged from all exhibitors.
- The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
- An extra charge of €25 + vat is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- No cars are allowed in the exhibition area (including the entrances) without the permission of the organiser.
- VAT is added to all prices.
- Place your order in time, as the prices rise: +20% 8.1.2027, +50% 28.1.2027, +100% 11.2.2027.
Please note the following regarding the stand programme:
- The stand program and other activities must take place within the stand area.
- The volume limit in the section is 75 dB.
- To ensure visitor safety, all activities within the stand, such as throwing objects, must be carried out in a way that poses no risk to anyone.
